Mark Warpinski

Mark has been an attorney in Wisconsin for over 40 years. Mark is the founding member of the original firm, Warpinski & Vande Castle, S.C., the predecessor firm to Vande Castle, S.C.

Mark has eighteen years of municipal experience as a former part-time Assistant City Attorney for the City of Green Bay. He has had extensive experience in general practice including, but not limited to family law, personal injury, and estate planning. He was also Green Bay’s part-time Municipal Judge for 9 years.

Mark Warpinski was elected a Circuit Court Judge for Brown County serving from 2000 to 2012. He retired at the end of his second term. Since that time he has again engaged in the active practice of law, mediation, and reserve judge work.

Mark and his wife Sue have been married for 43 years. They have lived in the Green Bay community since he graduated from law school in 1973.
